Fun Facts about Sarah-Joy

She has a secret dream of being a children’s book author after reading (and nearly crying with delight) over Macca the Alpaca.
She was an attendee at the 2016 World Bank and IMF Annual Meetings, as part of a Global Voices delegation.
Once upon a time, she wrote a newspaper column on married life.
She earned her Masters in Public Relations at 26 and her Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Professional Communication before the age of 21 – the PhD is on track for before 35!
She spelt the word ‘zephyr’ wrong in a televised spelling competition and still winces whenever she thinks about it.
Although she edits at least ten resumes for family and friends each year, she’s never actually been successful in a job application (but at the same time has never been without work – go figure that one out).

Fun Facts about Deb

She was born in Salisbury, Rhodesia which is now known as Harare, Zimbabwe. (She still calls Australia home).
She has lived and worked on every continent except Antarctica.
She really doesn’t function well in the cold, hence, would not be fabulous at working in Antarctica.
She has hosted over 40 international exchange students with her family, and champions student exchange and hosting programs for the maturity and perspective it brings to each person.
With wide experience in diverse industries and sectors both Australian and overseas, supported by a Master of Management (International Business), she brings an expansive knowledge base to her clients.
She has a passion and gift for authoritative, persuasive communication (and correct spelling along the way, please!)
Two fluffy dogs think that they call the shots at home, although growing granddaughters have other ideas.
